Waiting for Bashir: Surprises Abound When ICC Law is Applied
Update July 16, 2009: President Museveni called Sudanese President Al-Bashir to apologize for remarks in the Ugandan press which implied that Bashir would be arrested upon arrival in Uganda. The two leaders reportedly agreed that Bashir would cancel his trip to Uganda.

Child Soldiers in Uganda and Newsweek's LRA Article
Commonly overlooked, but widely documented, the Ugandan government’s use of child soldiers has been reported by the UN for years. The Ugandan government also uses captured soldiers to hunt for the Lord’s Resistance Army. The 105th battallion in the Ugandan army is composed of ex-LRA combatants who are often sent after the LRA.
